Front-End Developer

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the daily design and implementation activities of core systems for new features, enhancements and revisions
  • Work with our DevOps team to build awesome native views
  • Create, manage and optimize sections of our front-end framework
  • Collaborate with a team of engineers, operations specialists, designers and marketers to create inspiring products
  • Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability
  • Research, innovate new technology and keep a fresh perspective on tech
  • Maintain a progressive mindset when it comes to developing applications
  • Troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining and improving existing software

Key Qualifications

  • Understanding of web/app software development technologies including HTML, CSS, JSON and JavaScript
  • Experience working with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as React JS / React Native and others
  • Experience with Web/Mobile Development is a plus
  • Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
  • Knowledge of JIRA, Git and slack is a plus
  • Knowledge of MERN stack, ES6 & REST API’s is a plus
  • Have an understanding of agile development methodology

Back-End Developer

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage and optimize backend applications to meet company objectives
  • Collaborate with a team of engineers, operations specialists, designers and marketers to create inspiring products
  • Collaborating with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional to enhance the user experience
  • Working with a technical team in an agile environment in order to provide timely, effective, and customized software solutions
  • Fix bugs and improve application efficiency
  • Taking lead on projects, as needed

Qualifications

    • Experience working with the MERN stack
    • Experience with databases SQL, NoSQL
    • Understands the process of developing REST API’s
    • Knowledge of JIRA, Git and slack is a plus
    • Knowledge of Docker, AWS is a plus
    • Have an understanding of agile development methodology
    • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
    • Good organizational and time-management skills
    • Able to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment, with a forward-thinking mindset

Data Scientist/Data Analyst

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Collecting data through means such as analyzing business results or by setting up and managing new studies
  • Collaborate with product manager and a team of engineers to develop useful algorithms to bring data insights
  • Knowledge of data gathering, cleaning and transforming techniques
  • Creating new, experimental frameworks to collect data
  • Use graphs, infographics and other methods to visualize data
  • Structure large data sets to find usable information
  • Creating reports and presentations for business uses

Skills and qualifications:

  • Knowledge of programming languages like Python, R is a plus
  • Ability to communicate complex data in a simple, actionable way
  • Ability to visualize data in the most effective way possible for a given project or study
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of ML/DL and AI is a plus
  • Familiarity with data management tools
  • Ability to work independently and with team members from different backgrounds
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail

Application Tester

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Learning the new architecture to be able to test the system effectively
  • Collaborate with the development team to understand and determine product testing
  • Define and document test plans, execute test cases, and track the results
  • Perform manual and functional testing when needed
  • Participate in the release process
  • Work with agile teams to provide testing during the development phase
  • Perform issue reporting, research, analysis, confirmation and support on assigned projects
  • Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business

Skills and qualifications:

  • Knowledge of JIRA, Git and slack is a plus
  • Experience with Web/Mobile Development is a plus
  • Knowledge of Test Driven/Behavior driven development frameworks is a plus
  • Knowledge of analyzing, debugging, and test solution development
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
